Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. We believe art should have no borders, and we're excited to send our creations to homes across the globe.
How long does shipping take?

24-48 hours

Orders Ship Monday–Friday

As each piece is meticulously handmade, please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order. All orders ship within 24-48 hours, Monday–Friday.

Delivery times:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to absolutely love your Vault Studio piece. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Important notes:

  • Custom orders and personalized pieces are final sale
  • Return shipping fees may apply for non-local orders
  • Items must be in resaleable condition

How do I get in touch if I have a problem?

What sizes do you offer and how do they fit?
Each product page includes detailed dimensions and specifications. Our Cloud Chair, for example, measures approximately 31.5" L x 29" W x 33" H. We recommend measuring your space before ordering to ensure the perfect fit. Need help? Contact us with your space dimensions and we'll help you choose the right piece.
What are your pieces made of and how do I care for them?

Our furniture is crafted with premium, sustainable materials:

  • High-quality boucle polyester upholstery
  • High-density foam filling for lasting comfort
  • Solid wood frames for durability
  • Non-toxic, eco-friendly finishes

Care instructions: Spot clean with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals. Professional upholstery cleaning recommended for deep cleaning.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your piece ships, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account or contacting our support team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Due to the size and nature of our furniture pieces, gift wrapping is not available. However, all items arrive in premium protective packaging that keeps them safe during transit. For special requests, please contact our team.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we begin production immediately, order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at support@vaultstudio.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you offer bulk orders or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We work with interior designers, commercial spaces, and wholesale partners. For bulk orders of 10+ pieces or wholesale inquiries, please contact us at wholesale@vaultstudio.com for custom pricing.
